Twelve-spice marinated ahi served chilled with wasabi and sweet soy sauce.

Poulet à la Crapaudine
Crispy herb-crusted roasted game hen, in the style of a toad. Served with a raspberry syrah glaze.

Pepper Confit Lamb
Roasted lamb loin with onion and red pepper confit on a bed of black-eyed peas.

Triple Chocolate Pâté
Rich dark chocolate, angelic light chocolate and sweet white chocolate layers of decadence.
