Smoked Blueberry Pork
Alder smoked pork tenderloin medallions finished with a Blu Zin demi-glace and blueberries. On a bed of roasted tomato risotto.
Sole finished with a Blu Zin beurre blanc and blueberries. On a bed of roasted tomato risotto.
