Duck Ravioli
Honey pecan smoked duck and acorn squash ravioli in a green curry broth.

Szechuan Ahi
Szechuan rubbed ahi on a bed of parsnip puree with grilled baby bok choy. Finished with a sake and blood orange reduction.

A luscious New York cheesecake with a passion fruit ginger swirl baked in a gingersnap crust.
